I configured it with all the boxes checked. Over 100K* once you include taxes.
Monthly payment ain’t bad either. Only $1786...per MONTH!!!!

That’s a lot of Canadian Pesos for something you’ll probably want to add a lifetime warranty to.

Yea, but Cummins.

You can buy a nice house for less than that in some parts of the country.

That will be the one bit that sticks it out. Actually, I haven’t heard much on the 2500 reliability wise, but I can’t imagine the interiors will be any better than the other trucks in the long haul.

Not judging by all the property brothers episodes I’ve seen.

That was only a $13,500 option.

My first house only cost 72,000 here in Michigan. It was 5 years old when I bought it and 1300 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage.
Great deal

Better deal than the truck that’s for damn sure.

yeah especially because I sold it 4 years later for a 20k profit. LOL
I guarantee you won’t get that return on investment from the pickup!

And Love it or List it.

Worth it.

No kidding, my house payment is wayyyy cheaper than that.

I hate you. My first house (bought in 2002), is only worth $20k more than I paid for it today. One reason I kept it for a rental. After commissions I’d be back to what I have in it.

Yeah, but the rest of the truck.

Too much. Too damn much.

Well,i bought AND sold at a good time, snagged a short sale too, that’s why I had such a good price. Got out of that town just in time too, went down hill fast.

Mine too. $1350 on a $345,000 house that is now worth 45K more than what I paid 2 years ago.
I’f I sold today even with the commision I’d have about 75k in my pocket. I’d almost have enough to buy the truck.

That’s some good appreciation for 2 years! I’m kind of screwed with this one as far as appreciation because of the comps. 90% of the houses in the immediate area are a couple hundred sq ft smaller, and don’t have garages (they are lucky if they even have a carport). Then there’s a couple newer neighborhoods with homes that are twice the square footage. At least it rents easy because of the affordability.
